Ah, yes, the buzz word at the turn of the century.   E Commerce.  An idea that allows companies and their customers to do business electronically.  Well, why not.

     We are now doing business with our clients electronically.  We can accept new claims electronically, either through a dial-up connection, over the Internet, or by fax.  Likewise, we can report to you in the same way.
