Between 1989 and 1994, I published a newsletter entitled Forward Thinking, for friends and forwarders. It came out more or less every quarter.  I have now begun doing an online version.

    The articles in the newsletters are not really intended as legal advice.  The law has changed in some instances and my thinking about the law has changed in others since I first wrote about them.  If you have specific questions about the law, you should consult with an attorney.
